Learn, grow, and play with me at the amazing Villa Playa Maria, nestled on the shores of the Caribbean. Prices start at $2200 for a shared room and $2600 for a single.
Each day, there will be three opportunities to practice yoga: a morning, afternoon, and evening session. The morning practice will be an āsana-based practice that will incorporate breathwork and meditation; the afternoon session is for those interested in exploring Sanskrit and yoga philosophy, and the evening sessions are a time for sharing and relaxation practices.
Dive deeply into your practice in a safe, fun, and supportive community as you bask in the sun and play in the waves at this magical retreat center.

Surf lessons, massage, reiki, and snorkeling are also available.
The price of the retreat includes all yoga offerings, accommodations, and food (which is prepared by an in-house chef)
The town of Rincón is super cute, and we will go in as a group one night for the Art walk. If you want to go on your own, it is about a 5-minute taxi ride.
Here is what a sample day might look like (though the timing might be tweaked a bit).
9 am-10:45 am: Yoga āsana and meditation class
11 am Brunch: (local and delicious)
2 pm- 3 pm: Optional Sanskrit studies
7 pm: Dinner (local and delicious)
8 pm- 9 pm: Evening Session (sharing, self-exploration, relaxation)

Spring Renewal in Brattleboro, VT

Join us for a weekend of practices and experiences that will clear stagnation, release stuck energy, and make space for new growth.
Programming will include āsana, prāṇāyāma, philosophy teachings, and mantra, as well as nature walks, Ayurvedic meals, and relaxation time, all while nestled in the beauty of Vermont’s natural landscape. Unplug, renew, and reconnect!

Space is extremely limited. Single, double, and shared accommodations are available. A 50% deposit is due at registration, with the remaining balance due by 3/22/24. To register, complete the registration form and submit a 50% deposit by Venmo or check to Sofi.

Single Room - $975 | Double - $875 | Dorm style - $675
Registration price includes all programming, meals, and accommodations except for spa services. Spa services can be booked on an individual basis as desired at an additional cost.
About the venue:
Setu Vermont, located in Brattleboro, Vermont, provides an intimate retreat experience inspired by Indian culture. Lodging includes singles, doubles, and shared accommodations. In addition to the yoga shala (practice space), Setu provides Ayurvedic meals, hot tub and sauna access, nature trails, a fire pit, shared gathering spaces, and spa services.
